Shift rostering as a workflow
Shift rostering is one of the workflow types available on Zelpano. Security teams can build a weekly roster, review the schedule before publishing and notify staff of the shifts assigned to them.
Once published, staff acknowledge their shifts from their own device, so there is a clear record of who confirmed which shift and when.
Exporting for payroll
Completed rosters can be exported for payroll preparation when that capability is included in the organisation's plan. Zelpano does not replace the payroll system of record.
