Create an organisation, choose where to begin and configure how the work should move.
Create the organisation
Choose Create an Organisation and complete organisation setup. Add the organisation details and select the plan that fits the workflow volume, people and controls you need.
After setup, use the organisation console to begin with a ready made workflow or a process unique to your operation.
Define how the process works
A workflow can collect information, request documents, assign responsibility, route decisions, schedule activity, send notifications and keep a complete record.
Ready made workflows provide common starting points. When the process is unique, configure the workflow around the way your organisation already works.
Going live
Publish the correct entry point for members or public participants. Administrators can then follow workflow references, stages, owners and activity from the organisation console.
