Zelpano reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.Who may use Zelpano
Zelpano is available to individuals aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Zelpano reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or engage in activity harmful to the platform or other users.
4.What Zelpano provides
Zelpano is a universal workflow operating platform for people and the structures through which they coordinate activities and work. It enables repeatable activities to operate as structured digital systems and lets authorised participants complete the parts assigned or shared with them.
Workflows configured or published by an organisation remain that organisation's responsibility. Zelpano does not validate the legal accuracy or completeness of an organisation's workflow content, instructions or decisions.
Zelpano provides workflow collection, routing, task, notification, submission, record and history features. These features are provided as they are and remain subject to service availability.
5.Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into any workflow on Zelpano. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information to an organisation via a workflow on Zelpano may constitute an offence under applicable law.
You may not use Zelpano to engage in any unlawful activity, to submit spam or malicious data, to attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
You may not use automated tools or bots to interact with Zelpano without prior written permission.
6.Organisation responsibilities
Organisations using Zelpano are responsible for the legal accuracy and completeness of their workflows, for handling workflow data in accordance with applicable law, and for ensuring that each participant is authorised to take part. Where an organisation uses a workforce or rostering workflow to process staff or employee data, the organisation remains responsible for the lawfulness of that processing and for compliance with applicable labour law.
Organisations must not configure or publish workflows that collect information for unlawful purposes. Zelpano reserves the right to suspend or remove a workflow if it believes the workflow violates applicable law or these terms.
7.Intellectual property
The Zelpano brand, platform design, and technology are the intellectual property of Zelpano. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Workflows hosted on Zelpano remain the intellectual property of their originating organisations. Zelpano has a limited licence to host and display those workflows on behalf of the organisation.
8.Limitation of liability
Zelpano is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zelpano disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Zelpano is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, from the content of workflows hosted on the platform, or from the actions of organisations that receive your submissions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the amount you paid to Zelpano in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
