1.What Zelpano is
Zelpano is a universal workflow operating platform for people and the structures through which they coordinate activities and work. It turns repeatable activities into structured digital systems.
It does not simply digitise documents. It digitises how the work itself happens, including the information, responsibility, decisions, tasks, deadlines and records that move a process from beginning to end.
2.Why it exists
Important work often sits across paper, spreadsheets, email, messages, PDFs and habits that have never had software of their own. Each place holds a fragment, but nobody can see the whole process.
Zelpano gives that process one system with clear rules, ownership and visibility.
3.What an organisation can run
A workflow can be a finance claim, recruitment process, employee onboarding journey, roster, performance review, inspection, client intake, maintenance request, approval, register, recurring checklist, case or service request.
Ready made workflows provide common starting points. Processes unique to an organisation can run on the same platform.
4.Who takes part
Organisation administrators configure and follow workflows. Members complete assigned work and manage their submissions. Public participants can open a shared workflow and complete their part without joining the organisation.
Each participant gets the surface their role requires. They share the process without sharing the same console.
5.What Zelpano is not
Zelpano is not a document management system, general business process modelling suite, HR information system, accounting ledger, chat product or website builder.
It runs the processes around those systems and keeps the resulting workflow record connected.
6.The goal
The goal is for Zelpano to become the platform people use whenever an important activity needs a reliable system.
