Can I edit or resubmit a workflow I have already sent?
Submitted workflows cannot be edited. You can fill in and submit the same workflow again.

Why submissions are locked after sending
Once a workflow is submitted, the record is locked to protect the integrity of what was delivered to the organisation. Editing a submitted form after the fact could create a mismatch between what you see and what the organisation received.
How to resubmit
If you need to send a corrected or updated version, open the same workflow from the home page and fill it in again. A new reference number will be generated for the new submission.
When contacting the organisation, provide both reference numbers so they can identify the original and the updated submission.
