How do I get started with Zelpano?
Create a free account, find a workflow, and submit in minutes. No paperwork required.
Creating your account
Go to Zelpano's home page and click Get Started. You can sign up with your email address or Google account. Creating an account is free and takes less than two minutes.
Once you are signed in, your profile is ready for autofill. Add your personal details under Profile so that common fields like your name, ID number, and address pre-populate across all workflows.
Finding and filling a workflow
Use the search bar on the home page to find a workflow by organisation name or category. Click on a workflow to open it, fill in the required fields, and click Submit. You will receive a reference number immediately after submission.
Zelpano guides you through each section of the form. Required fields are clearly marked, and your progress is saved automatically as a draft so you can return at any time.
