Is my data stored securely on Zelpano?
Access follows participant roles, and the Privacy Policy explains how account and workflow data are handled.
How Zelpano protects your data
Information is encrypted in transit using modern TLS and is stored on the infrastructure described in the Privacy Policy. Access to member, organisation administrator and platform administrator surfaces follows role and permission checks.
The organisation operating a workflow is normally the responsible party for the information collected through that workflow. Zelpano acts as its operator, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Who can see your submissions
Your workflow data is available to the organisation operating that workflow and to the service providers required to run Zelpano, under the arrangements described in the Privacy Policy. Zelpano does not sell personal information to advertisers.
You can request a copy of all data Zelpano holds about you at any time by contacting support@zelpano.com.
