Plan activation
The Free plan can activate without payment. Starter and Professional use secure checkout and activate only after the payment provider confirms payment.
Enterprise is sales assisted because its operating requirements and price are agreed with the organisation before activation.
Billing records and changes
Checkout, invoices and payment records are handled by the payment provider connected to the selected plan.
Use the organisation billing controls or contact support when you need to understand a charge, change a plan or resolve a failed payment.
